RamsinghLab/arkasData_staging: Example data for the `arkas` package
Data from 8 RNAseq runs (3 subjects paired, 2 unpaired) as HDF5. Also contains a public MDS RNA-Seq subset that is used for the arkas vignettes. Please be aware that arkas and arkasData is under the GPL License and is free for NON-COMMERCIAL use only.
