This is a helper function for the fitPEM methods below.
Usage
DLTLikelihood(lambda, Tmax)
Arguments
lambda
the vector of piecewise hazards
Tmax
the end of the time interval for DLTs
Value
vector with the probabilities for DLTs within the intervals.
