calc_dx_hosp: Total Prevalent DX hospitalizations
In SC-COSMO/sccosmomcma: Stanford-CIDE COronavirus Simulation MOdel (SC-COSMO) for Mexico City Metropolitan Area Analysis

calc_dx_hosp calculate total number of prevalent diagnosed hospitalizations.

1	calc_dx_hosp(l_hosp, l_out_cosmo)

`l_hosp`	List with output from the hospitalization simulation (`prep_dx_hospitalizations`)
`l_out_cosmo`	List with output from SC-COSMO and all parameters.

A data.frame with the total number of total number of prevalent diagnosed hospitalizations by age group and overall as columns over time.
