Description
This function calls ggtree::ggtree() on the tree component of a tidygenomes object and
adds all available genome and node metadata.
Usage
ggtree_augmented(tg, ...)
Arguments
tg
A tidygenomes object
...
Extra arguments to pass on to ggtree()
Value
A ggplot object
