gender_ind: Sex of the individual (male/female/nonconforming).
nationality_ind: Nationality of the individual.
age_yrs_ind: Age in years of the individual.
wgss_seeing: Washington Group Short Set SEEING domain - No difficulty (none), Some difficulty (some), a lot of difficulty (a_lot), or cannot do at all (cannot).
wgss_hearing: Washington Group Short Set HEARING domain - No difficulty (none), Some difficulty (some), a lot of difficulty (a_lot), or cannot do at all (cannot).
