This function is wrapper for calc.tm to be used directly on the output from calc.dh.ds, with standard concentrations.
Usage

calc.tm.internal(dh.ds.in, conc.total = 1e-05)
Arguments
dh.ds.in
A dataframe with dh and ds in the columns.
conc.total
A numeric, the total concentration (in moles per liter, M) of oligonucleotide and RNA target (assumed to be present 1:1, so that the concentration of each equals half the total concentration). This is used for calculating melting temperature (tm).

A numeric with tm
