partial_plot: Create parital dependence plot
In USEPA/LakeTrophicModelling: Package to reproduce Hollister et al. (2015) Modeling Lake Trophic State: A Randrom Forest Approach.
Description
This function takes the output of randomForest::paritalPlot() and
generates a plot via ggplot.
Usage

partial_plot(pd, xl, yl, ...)
Arguments
