YiyiLiu1/bdChemo: Cell birth and death rates estimation
This package uses a Kendall Process-based mechanistic model of cell division and apoptosis to analyze chemo-sensitivity data. It provides estimations of dose-specific cell birth and death rates as well as commonly used summary statistics such as GI50, IC50, TGI and LC50.
