A data frame with 1191 rows and 12 variables:
- reference
reference paper
- sampling_year
Year of the sampling
- country
Country of sample
- diagnostic_test
Diagnostic test used in the sampling
- diagnostic_test_type
Type of the diagnostic test used in the sampling
- subclade
Subclade of the virus sampled
- virus
Virus detected in the sample
- order
Order of the mammal sampled
- family
Family of the mammal sampled
- mammal_species
Species of the mammal sampled
- individual_tested
Number of individual mammals tested in the sample
- incidence
Number of virus positive sampled in the individual tested
