Description

Estimation of the pharmacokinetic's (PK) measure of exposure.

Usage

pk.estim(par, t, dose, conc)

Arguments

par

The pharmacokinetic's parameters.

t

The time sampling.

dose

The doses levels of the drug.

conc

The concentration of the drug in blood plasma.
