GenePos
Package for gene postulating resistance genes using multi-pathotype testing.
Introduction
This package does three main thigns 1). convert 0-4 IT and 0-9 IT to a linear scale 2). Use the unknown line reaction and the
correspoiding iso-line reaction to posulate possible shared genes
