Data frame containing
- chr
Chromosome ("integer").
- snp_id
SNP identifier (type "character").
- pos_bp
Base-pair position (type "numeric" or "integer").
- pos_M
Genetic map distance (centi morgans, cM, or morgans, M) (type "numeric").
- TOPBOT
Illuminas TOP or BOT designation of the SNP (type "character").
