Usage
retrieve_biogrid(organism, IDType)
Arguments
organism
available organsims are 'arabidopsis', 'c.elegans', 'fruitFly', 'human', 'mouse', 'yeast', 's.pombe'
IDType
has to be either 'EntrezId' or 'Official' (=HGNC)
Value
returns a dataframe which can be used as input in kpm()
