Introduction

Say you have size measurements of multiple objects over an extended time. You might be interested in assessing the time (or latency)

As an applied example, you might ask who long it takes several fruits on several plants to reach a certain size and how long it takes them to grow a certain size after reaching a given threshold.

The thresholdr package provides auxiliary functions to that take matrices with longitudinal measurements (e.g., sizes, volumes) and calculates (i) the latency until one threshold is met, (ii) the latency between two given thresholds, and (iii) annotates the status of the outcome (i.e., endpoint met versus not met/censored).
