linkedModels

R code to run linked movement, growth and survival models

Written as a package 'linkedModels' First attempts at modeling and linking are in home/ben/linkeModelsNoPackage. Grab files from there as needed.

To load package:

Install

requires: R >= v3.2.0 (download here)

To install the functions associated with the package linkedData in R using the devtools package:

library(devtools)
install_github(repo = "bletcher/linkedModels")
library(linkedModels)
