Arguments

a penalized lvm model
data
a data.frame containing the data
control
control arguments to be passed to estimate.lvm
coefEstimated
the estimated mean coefficients
coefNuisance
the name of the nuisance parameters to be estimated
coefPenalty
the name of the penalized parameters
