bramstone/qSIP: Quantitative stable isotope probing for microbial ecology

This package contains code that allows for the quantification of fractional istope enrichment for each individual microbial taxon in a microbial community. Data on isotope enrichment are paired with taxon-specific relative abundances and absolute abundances and can be used to determine taxon-specific growth and death rates for population-level modeling.
