Description

The "DALYmodel" class represents parameterized DALY calculation models.

Objects from the Class

Objects can be created by calls of the form new("DALYrun", ...).

Object of class "list" ~~ List of sampled values, per node and data element.

Object of class "numeric" ~~ Age weighting constant.

r:

Object of class "numeric" ~~ Discount rate.

disease:

Object of class "character" ~~ Disease name.

population:

Object of class "matrix" ~~ Population size.

LE_table:

Object of class "matrix" ~~ Life Expectancy table.

model:

Object of class "list" ~~ Disease model.

data:

Object of class "list" ~~ List of "DALYdata" objects.
