ccshao/maIHB: Inference the Maternal Allele Inheritance via Bayesian Approach
Inference maternal allele inheritance in fetus in noninvasive prenatal diagnosis via hierarchical Bayesian approach. It uses counts data of SNPs on both maternal Haplotype flanking interested genes. Posterior distribution and various diagnosis plots for MCMC simulations are provided.
