Jensen Shannon divergence between graph toplological distribution matrices

Usage

getGraphpairdistance(distrib1, distrib2, returnnodeDist = FALSE)

Arguments

distrib1

Probability distribution matrix of graph 1

distrib2

Probability distribution matrix of graph 2

returnnodeDist

Return node-wise distances(default=FALSE), if TRUE returns a list containing 2 elements: 1) nodewise distances and 2) graph distance - between the graph pairs
