Arguments
mzFilePaths
file paths of the mzml files
sampleIds
sampleIds that are in the same order as the paths
sqlDirectory
sqlDirectory
newExperimentName
newExperimentName
acquisitionInfo
acquisitionInfo (currently only used when converting from Bruker raw data)
Value
Nothing direct, creates a sqlite database
