skeleSim is an R package to help you do population simulations. We intend that it will be useful for beginners and experts alike. To make the art of population simulations accessible to beginners, we've given you the chance to build your own customized simulations, using the menu at left. Once you've given us some information about your scenario, we'll recommend either a coalescent or a forward-time that should suit your needs. If you have already done this step, you can upload your own parameter file and get going right away.
