'moloc': multiple trait co-localization
Repo for the R package moloc
Synopsis
This package is an extension of 'coloc', a Bayesian method for co-localization across traits.
It uses association summary statistics (beta, SE) across any number of traits/outcomes to undertsand whether the same causal variant is driving all or some of the traits.
Installation
install.packages("devtools")
devtools::install_github("clagiamba/moloc")
