The connectivity map only contains expression information about a set of
genes called Best INFerred Genes (BING), see
Connectopedia.
This function subsets the input vector of gene ids to only contain BING
genes.

clue_check_bing(genes)

Vector of gene IDs
Value
Vector of gene IDs subsetted to only contain BING genes.
