Usage

chisqmeasuretheocond(N, ref_order, p, weights, pi_inv_obs)

Arguments

N	Number of sample units.
ref_order	Numeric GxK matrix of component-specific reference orders.
p	Numeric GxK matrix of component-specific support parameters.
weights	Numeric vector of the G mixture weights.
pi_inv_obs	Numeric NxK data matrix of partial orderings (to replicate the observed missingness patterns).

Value

Conditional Chi-squared index value.
