get commits from a repo

Usage

get.repository.commits(owner, repo, ..., ctx = get.github.context())

Arguments

owner	the repo owner (user, org, etc)
repo	the name of the repo
...	extra parameters to be passed. see http://developer.github.com/v3/repos/commits/#list-commits-on-a-repository for details
ctx	the github context object

list of commits
