Usage

get.morfee.data(path = tempdir(), GRCh = 37, GENCODE = NA, force = FALSE)
Arguments
path
is a path to the temporary folder to store downloaded databases
GRCh
is the version of Human reference genome to download (i.e. 37 or 38)
GENCODE
is the version of GENCODE database to download (i.e. 19 or NA)
force
a boolean wheter the function should check if the database is already stored before to download them
