Arguments

Differential Expression results (deTable)
geneNo
The number of genes to be displayed
type
Filter by up-, down-, or absolute significe DE
pvalue
P-value threshold
fchange
Fold-Change threshold
names
Boolean - whether to show names or not
session
Current R session
Value
Returns a heatmap
