CreateMRIDatabase creates a sample database in SQLServer

Usage

CreateMRIDatabase(channel, sqlfile = NULL, drop = FALSE)
Arguments
channel
the ROCDBC channel
sqlfile
the file to use to create the database structure. Defaults to
CreateMRIDatabase.sql in extdata directory.
drop
should existing tables be dropped?
