Which lines do various patterns exist on?
Usage

Sys.grepline(pattern, file, first = FALSE)
Arguments
pattern
a grep pattern. no spaces allowed!
file
the file to search within
first
logical: if TRUE, then only return the first match; if FALSE,
return all matches
Value
a vector of indices. if pattern is not found, 0 is returned.
