In elmerfer/Aligners:
Aligners
A wrapper to aligners software for RNAseq. Up to now it includes:
the STAR software (the version ready for the ArribaR gene fusion R platform).
The Rsubread package
This package is based on the GenomeDB package. So please instal this package first.
** Instalation
install.packages("devtools")
library(devtools)
install_github("elmerfer/Aligners")
