generate_cache(data_directory, metadata_directory, cache_directory)
Arguments
data_directory
A full path to a directory that contains all raw/original TVS datasets.
metadata_directory
A full path to a directory that contains all TVS metadata-files.
cache_directory
A full path to the output directory.
Value
Returns nothing, saves an RData-file to the given cache directory instead.
