Usage

Format
A data.frame with three rows, one per calibrated parameter
and 6 columns:
- Parameter
Parameter name
- Mean
Posterior mean
- 2.5%
Lower bound of credible interval
- 50%
Posterior median
- 97.5%
Upper bound of credible interval
- MAP
Maximum-a-posteriori (MAP) estimate
