Usage

geom_th_coltree(name = NULL, gap = 0.5, rel_height = 0.1, ...)

Arguments

name	the name of the heatmap
gap	a numeric value to specify the gap between the column tree and the heatmap
rel_height	a numeric value decide the relative height of the column tree compared to the height of the heatmap
...	Other arguments passed on to layer(). These are often aesthetics, used to set an aesthetic to a fixed value, like colour = "red" or size = 3. They may also be parameters to the paired geom/stat.
