Distance between raw and normalized data

Description

Compute euclidean distance between raw and normalized data for each probe.

Usage

normDist(raw, normalized, rowsets = NULL, colsets = NULL)

Arguments

raw	expressionSet with non-normalized data
normalized	expressionSet with normalized data
rowsets	a named list of row index sets for which the distances should be computed
colsets	a named list of column index sets for which the distances should be computed

Value

numeric vector with euclidean distances
