Description

Make a nice table for multiple limma estimated contrasts

Usage

print_limma(model, coef, data, genenames, symbols, lookup = NULL, top = Inf)

Arguments

model	Limma fitted model
coef	vector of coefficients for which statst should be included
data	ExpressionSet with data
genenames	ProbeAnnDbBimap with long gene descriptions
symbols	ProbeAnnDbBimap with short gene descriptions
lookup	named vector lookup table that translates contrast defs into language

Value

data.frame with annotated statistics
