Food energy in kcal per 100 grams.

Water

Water in grams per 100 grams of food. Itemized as follows:

• 1Between 0 and <25 grams

• 2Between 25 and <50 grams

• 3Between 50 and <75 grams

• 4Between 75 and <100 grams

Choles

Cholesterol values. Classified as 0 if 0mg / 100g, 1 otherwise.
