Introduction

Supporting data package for the EpiMix package. The package includes:

(1) CpG annotation for miRNAs and lncRNAs.

(2) Toy datasets for demonstration purpose of the main EpiMix packages.

(3) Methods to retrieve lncRNA expression data of the TCGA project from ExperimentHub
