Arguments

A dataframe-output of CreateMergedDeltaAIPairwiseDF().
P
A vector of
\itemepThe log base for binning (0^b, 1^b, ...).
\itemcoverageLimitGene coverage limit for consideration.
\itemgroupAn ptional distinguishible name (default = ”).
\itemlogbareThe binary parameter if we deal with log base (default = T).
