Get taxon indexes

Description

Return the taxon indexes in a [taxonomy()] or [taxmap()] object. They are the indexes of the edge list rows.

obj$taxon_indexes()
taxon_indexes(obj)

Arguments

obj	The [taxonomy()] or [taxmap()] object.
