hferg/bayestraitr: A set of tools to help with the interpretation and analysis of the output of BayesTraits MCMC analyses.
This package contains a set of functions to help with the summarisation, visualisation and manipulation of the posterior that BayesTraits returns when run in MCMC mode. It includes functions to summarise and visualise the results of models that use the variable rates and variable transformation functionality of BayesTraits, and various functions to plot these results on phylogenies.
