`tree`	The time tree over which to simulate change.
`reftree`	A reference tree that may have divergent branch lengths compared the the time tree (for example, a rate scaled tree)
`node`	The node from which the simulation starts (defaults to root)
`plot`	Plot the sim to screen after running?
`lead`	Include the leading branch in the simulation?
