Pranger

Description

Uses predicted terminal nodes of a tree to compute the dissimilarity matrix

Usage

predicted_tree_distance(tree_index, forest, predictions, init_dist = 0)

Arguments

tree_index

[integer] A ranger tree

forest

[ranger] A ranger object

predictions

[ranger] Predictions object from class ranger

init_dist

[integer] Initial distance between in-of-bag nodes

Value

[matrix] A matrix of dissimilarities
