riparian vegetation distance over the reach. For boatable sites only.
Usage

calculateShoreToVegDistance(uid, shor2rip)
Arguments
uid
a vector of site identifiers
shor2rip
a vector of distances from the shore to riparian vegeatation
Value
a 'metric' data.frame (i.e., one with uid, metric, result fields)
