Update 1-30-2019 - Updated the visuals in the brainmorph() function and added more user plotting options.

Patch & update 1-26-2019 - In the choice() function, the atlas argument was added. atlas allows users to automatically pull up the appropriate atlas plates when the choice game is played. - A bug was fixed in registration2() and regi_loop() where users accidentally enter no numbers during correspondence point modifications and R crashes.
