jefferis/p1neurons: Dataset of Drosophila male-specific P1 neurons

This package contains traced neurons and skeletonised image data for a collection of Drosophila male-specific P1 neurons. The inclusion of an all by all score matrix computed by the nat.nblast package enables quantitative approaches to defining P1 neuronal subtypes.
