lh.em: EM neuron skeletons for published lateral horn related...

Description Usage Format Details Source References

Description

EM skeletons complete with synapses, a neuronlist objects for LH-associated neurons including projection neurons that input the lateral horn. These neurons have been reconstructed in both the FAFB ssTEM brain space manually/semi-manually. They have also been cross-matched with their equivalent neurons from the FlyEM hemibrain project. These objects have been warped into the nat.flybrains::nat.flybrains::FCWB template brain space, as has much of the data in this package. Note that the reconstruction of olfactory PN dendrites has not been done to synaptic-completion.

Format

An object of class neuronlist (inherits from list) of length 238.

An object of class neuronlist (inherits from list) of length 346.

An object of class data.frame with 239 rows and 17 columns.

An object of class data.frame with 2877 rows and 8 columns.

Details

These neurons have also been split into their putative primary neurite, primary dendrite, dendrite, axon and soma compartments. See the function hemibrainr::flow_centrality for details.
