lnprob: Probability of the model

This function returns the ln probability of a Structure analysis.

Usage

lnprob(x, ...)

## S3 method for class 'StructureReplicate'
lnprob(x, ...)

## S3 method for class 'StructureResults'
lnprob(x, ...)

## S3 method for class 'StructureAnalysis'
lnprob(x, ...)

Arguments

x	StructureReplicate, StructureResults, StructureAnalysis or StructureCollection object.
...	not used.

Value

numeric.
