jessievb/RAID: Split barcoded FASTQ files and analyse data from the iSeq method

iSeq (immuno-sequencing) method combines specific protein detection via antibodies with sequencing antibody-specific DNA barcodes. This package allows the processing of FASTQ files that were generated after performing iSeq experiments and provides some functions to match and count barcodes.
