computes sum(lambda*abs(regularized Values))
Usage
getRegValue(lambda, theta, regIndicators, adaptiveLassoWeights = NULL)
Arguments
lambda
Penaltiy value
regIndicators
Names of regularized parameters
adaptiveLassoWeights
weights for the adaptive lasso.
